Senior Product manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager on Expedia Group's Payments team, responsible for shaping the traveler payment experience across web, mobile web, and native apps. The role combines deep payments expertise with AI product judgment to simplify, personalize, and secure payments at global scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap for payment selection, flexibility, and checkout interactions.
• Own the payment marketplace experience, deciding which methods to surface by traveler, market, device, and trip context.
• Improve checkout conversion by removing friction in payment entry, authentication, authorization, error handling, and recovery.
• Build and manage a rigorous experimentation program, from hypothesis to A/B testing and scaled rollout.
• Define and deliver AI capabilities such as personalized payment recommendations, intelligent routing, and failure prediction.

Eligibility

• Deep expertise in the payments ecosystem (methods, PSPs, 3DS, tokenization, routing, refunds, failure recovery).
• 8+ years of product management experience building or scaling payment products, with AI/ML integration.
