Overview
EY is hiring an Experience Designer / Senior Associate for its MENA People Consulting Design Theatre team in Trivandrum/Kochi. The role involves designing immersive digital content and facilitating client workshops to drive user‑centered experiences.

7+ years
Responsibilities
- Design and produce digital content and branded materials for interactive sessions
- Define strategy and design for customer experience in collaboration with the Experience Leader/Manager and research insights
- Support clients in using collaboration software and lead workshops to understand needs and articulate vision
- Communicate complex technical concepts through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and data visualizations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, taking ownership of challenges and applying design thinking and agile methods
Eligibility
- 7+ years professional experience in UX/Product/Visual Design
- Advanced degree preferred; background in consulting, CX practice, or agency/client‑facing roles
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, design tools (Axure, InVision, Sketch, Miro, Mural) and multimedia production
