Group Product Manager

Overview

A Fortune 200 company is building its Global Capability Centre in India and is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead a portfolio of products and the managers behind them. The role involves setting direction across several areas, building the product team, and connecting the India group to the global organisation. The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years of experience in product management.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap across a portfolio of product areas
• Set priorities and resourcing across multiple teams and managers
• Translate global goals into a coherent India product agenda
• Hire, coach, and grow a team of product managers
• Build the operating rhythm, rituals, and standards for the group

Eligibility

• 8 or more years in product management, including managing PMs
• A record of leading multiple product areas and shipping at scale
• Strong leadership, strategy, and cross-functional influence
