Product Manager

Overview

A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company is hiring a Product Manager to own a real product area from day one and ship decisions that customers feel in weeks. The role involves working closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. The company is building its India product team.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Roadmap - Talk to customers, study usage data, and define the problems worth solving
• Own a prioritised roadmap for your area and the reasoning behind it
• Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work day to day with design and engineering to ship and refine features
• Define success metrics and track adoption, retention, and impact

Eligibility

• 3 to 7 years in product management, ideally in B2B or SaaS
• A track record of shipping products that moved a metric
• Strong product sense, written communication, and comfort with data
