Overview

The role involves crafting in-product copy for a US fintech’s India product team, ensuring clarity and trust in financial workflows. You will collaborate with design and product to shape user-centered content remotely.

Responsibilities

• Write UI copy, flows, error states, and microcopy across the product
• Make complex financial steps clear, concise, and actionable
• Build and maintain a consistent product voice and content patterns
• Partner with designers, product managers, and researchers on user flows
• Test and refine copy based on usability findings and data

Eligibility

• UX writing or content design experience in product contexts
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience with a portfolio of shipped in-product copy
