Product Manager

Overview

You will own the end‑to‑end product for the Part Truckload (PTL) module, covering order booking, shipment tracking, and invoicing, working closely with engineering, operations and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for PTL order creation, booking flows, multi‑courier dispatch logic and real‑time tracking
• Own the invoicing and billing module, including freight charge calculation, reconciliation workflows and dispute handling
• Map and improve courier integration touchpoints such as booking APIs, webhooks, AWB generation and exception handling
• Conduct discovery with shippers, ops and finance users to surface friction and prioritize improvements
• Write clear PRDs, collaborate with engineering through sprints and define/track key metrics like booking conversion and invoice TAT

Eligibility

• Logistics domain expertise (courier/3PL, PTL/LTL, last‑mile workflows)
• 3–8 years of product management experience, at least 1–2 years in SaaS
