Freshworks is seeking a Lead Product Designer for its flagship Employee Experience platform, Freshservice. The role involves transforming complex workflows into seamless experiences and leading strategic design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing enterprise-grade B2B SaaS applications.

Responsibilities
- Influence Product Strategy by prioritizing critical design problems and integrating user-centric solutions into the core product roadmap
- Translate Insights to Action by turning user research into impactful product decisions and measurable business outcomes
- Pioneer Next-Gen UX by driving experiences in emerging paradigms like Generative AI and conversational design
- Demonstrate Full-Stack Design Capability across user research methodologies, interaction design systems, and pixel-perfect visual execution
- Showcase Narrative & Storytelling Mastery to clearly justify design rationale and gain cross-functional buy-in
Eligibility
- 6+ years of progressive experience designing enterprise-grade or large-scale consumer B2B SaaS applications
- Prior experience or strong interest in conversational interfaces, AI-assisted workflows, or employee experience/ITSM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a highly related quantitative or creative technical discipline
