Overview
Lead Product Designer (IC3) at Freshworks for the Freshservice platform, responsible for turning complex enterprise workflows into intuitive, delightful experiences while guiding design strategy and mentoring a growing team.

Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to influence strategy and prioritize design problems
- Translate qualitative and quantitative research into actionable product decisions and measurable outcomes
- Drive next‑gen UX initiatives such as generative AI and conversational design
- Own end‑to‑end design execution across research, interaction systems, and pixel‑perfect visual delivery
- Communicate design rationale through storytelling and data‑informed metrics to gain cross‑functional buy‑in
Eligibility
- Enterprise‑grade B2B SaaS or employee experience/ITSM domain expertise
- 6+ years of design experience with at least 2 years in a lead or strategic role
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or a related technical discipline
