Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Lead UX Designer with an AI‑forward mindset to shape product innovation through research, design, experimentation, and rapid prototyping. The role combines human‑centered design principles with modern AI tools to deliver intuitive, accessible experiences for Gartner’s customers.
Experience
7+ years
Responsibilities
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Leverage insights from user research, interviews and surveys to develop data‑grounded UX solutions
- Conduct usability research and testing, iterating designs based on findings and business goals
- Apply AI‑powered design tools to rapidly explore concepts, generate variations and create AI‑assisted prototypes
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers and content designers to deliver cohesive product experiences
Eligibility
- Expertise in UX/UI design and human‑centered design methodologies
- 7+ years of product or UI design experience in fully digital environments, including AI‑assisted design workflows
- Degree in a related discipline (e.g., Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Visual Design)
