Overview
The role is a Senior Product Manager for Data Integrations at GitLab, responsible for defining and prioritizing external system integrations with the Data Insights Platform and Orbit. Based in Bangalore, the position is primarily remote with occasional office visits.
Responsibilities
- Set integration priorities using customer and field evidence
- Design how external data maps into GitLab’s shared data models and define the ETL approach
- Define target customer problems, user groups and partner with engineering on experience and delivery sequencing
- Translate product decisions into a clear backlog of epics and issues and establish telemetry to gauge adoption
- Help shape integration pricing/packaging and use AI coding agents to prototype and document integrations
Eligibility
- Product management experience with ability to prioritize and make trade‑offs
- Strong knowledge of the DevOps ecosystem and engineering workflow tools
- Working understanding of data integration, ETL, and data transformation concepts
- Comfort using AI tools for prototyping and documentation
- No specific educational requirement
