Glean is hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of AI‑driven enterprise work tools, shaping product vision, roadmap, and team processes. The role involves deep customer interaction, cross‑functional collaboration, and scaling product operations in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities
- Spend extensive time with customers to understand their knowledge needs
- Develop and own key parts of the product roadmap aligning customer needs with vision
- Empower and align the product team through context setting and clear direction
- Drive customer‑focused decisions, prioritization, and efficient execution
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and build scalable processes for rapid growth
Eligibility
- 6+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience with collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools (preferred)
- Strong technical and analytical background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
