Product Manager, Glean Protect (Security & Governance)

Overview

Glean is seeking a Product Manager to help solve a ubiquitous problem that all knowledge workers struggle with on a daily basis, delivering best-in-class products for finding, curating, sharing, discovering, and managing knowledge. The role will develop new technologies and product features spanning explainable AI systems, identification and prevention of AI risks, and security and privacy features. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in product management, particularly in security, governance, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Spending time with customers to understand their knowledge needs
• Developing key parts of the product roadmap
• Empowering the team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment
• Driving customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
• Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders

Eligibility

• 8+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies
• Strong technical background and experience with UX and API-driven products
• Experience with security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations
