Product Manager, Glean Protect (Security & Governance)

Overview

Glean is seeking a Product Manager for Protect (Security and Governance) to lead the development of AI security, governance, and privacy features. The role involves shaping the product roadmap, working closely with customers, and coordinating cross‑functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Spend extensive time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
• Develop and own key parts of the product roadmap, aligning customer needs with product vision
• Empower and guide the product team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment
• Drive customer‑focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with leadership, go‑to‑market teams, and other stakeholders

Eligibility

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, especially in security, governance, trust, identity, or data integrations
• Strong technical background with experience delivering UX‑ and API‑driven products and managing third‑party integrations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven track record of ownership and delivering results
