Overview

The Press Shop – Production role in Gurgaon involves independently managing day-to-day press shop operations, overseeing up to 100 personnel, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily press shop operations and allocate manpower to meet production targets.
• Plan and monitor production activities, drive productivity improvements, and optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, 5S, Kaizen, and safety procedures on the shop floor.
• Support IATF and VSA audits, prepare documentation, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Planning) to resolve issues and maintain customer‑specific requirements.

Eligibility

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Production Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in press shop production, production planning, and shop‑floor/manpower management.
• Prior experience with Tier‑1/Tier‑2 automotive suppliers and familiarity with IATF/VSA audits preferred.
