Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product goal and roadmap for the User Feedback ingestion platform
- Design, scale, and maintain high-throughput, highly reliable ingestion APIs and pipelines
- Lead the onboarding strategy for Google product teams
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform adoption, ingestion velocity, and data quality
- Create developer portals, self-service configuration tools, and documentation to minimize integration friction
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
