Google is seeking a Product Manager to lead the User Feedback ingestion platform, transforming integrations into a scalable self‑service developer solution.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute roadmap for the feedback ingestion platform, moving from high‑touch support to self‑service.
- Design, scale and maintain high‑throughput ingestion APIs and pipelines at Google scale.
- Lead onboarding strategy for product teams and manage migration from legacy systems.
- Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, velocity and data quality, using insights to improve the platform.
- Create developer portals, self‑service tools and documentation to reduce integration friction.
Eligibility
- Product management experience (5+ years) with end‑to‑end product delivery (2+ years).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Expertise in API design, data serialization, and distributed data pipeline architectures.
