Overview
Google is hiring a Product Manager to lead the User Feedback ingestion platform, designing scalable APIs and developer tools, and driving integration across product teams. The role involves end‑to‑end product development from conception to launch at Google scale.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product goal and roadmap for the User Feedback ingestion platform, transitioning integrations to a scalable self‑service developer platform
- Design, scale, and maintain high‑throughput ingestion APIs and pipelines capable of processing feedback signals at Google scale
- Lead the onboarding strategy for Google product teams, enabling integration of the feedback front door and migration from legacy ingestion systems
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for platform adoption, ingestion velocity, and data quality, using data‑driven insights to prioritize improvements
- Create developer portals, self‑service configuration tools, and documentation while partnering with backend engineering teams in Hyderabad and global product teams
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years product management or related technical role
- 2+ years experience taking technical products from conception to launch
- Experience with API design, data serialization formats, and distributed data pipeline architectures
- Preferred: Master's degree, technical presentation experience, large‑scale platform migration experience, and data privacy knowledge
