Google is hiring an Interaction Designer to create high-quality developer-centric experiences for Android, turning complex tasks into intuitive, animated UI flows. The role collaborates with engineering, product, and research to shape the Google design language and prototype cutting‑edge interactions.

Responsibilities
- Design high‑quality developer and agentic experiences with deep understanding of UI libraries.
- Create micro‑interactions, animations, and prototypes using industry tools and LLMs.
- Write code and experiment with cutting‑edge APIs to build and iterate designs.
- Lead and communicate design goals to stakeholders, from engineers to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to drive impact.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of interaction/UX design experience, including 2 years leading design projects.
- Experience working in a complex, cross‑functional organization and writing/shipping code.
