Overview
Google's Geo team seeks an Interaction Designer to craft intuitive, user‑centered experiences for Maps, Earth and related products, collaborating across product, engineering and research teams.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders across Bengaluru, Sydney and Singapore to understand requirements and devise creative solutions.
- Communicate design concepts through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mock‑ups, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product updates.
- Advocate for design‑centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
- Lead and own key parts of the user experience for transit growth in emerging markets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of interaction design experience in product or UX design
- Portfolio with viewable links demonstrating design work
