Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager for Common Platforms leading identity & access management and multi‑channel notification systems that serve millions of families, working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, security, risk, legal and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end identity and access management and notification platform for millions of families
• Collaborate with engineering, design, security, risk, legal, compliance, and product teams to define requirements and deliver features
• Define and track key product metrics to ensure reliability and performance
• Lead a cross‑functional pod, driving roadmap, strategy and stakeholder alignment
• Communicate updates and decisions to executive leadership and across the organization

Eligibility

• 6+ years of product management experience
• Minimum 2 years building platform products, preferably in IAM or fintech
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments such as Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Payments
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and executive presence
