Job Description
Overview
A seasoned UX professional is required to excel at strategic design facilitation, user research, and stakeholder engagement. The role demands a strong ability to run design thinking workshops and translate insights into actionable strategies. The candidate should have a strong background in UX design and facilitation.
Experience
8+ years in UX design, 2+ years in facilitation/leadership, 4-6 yrs experience as UX, Interaction or Visual Designer
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user needs with stakeholders, PMs and engineers
- Generate design ideas using task flows, process flows and sitemaps
- Build IA and navigation for product/service
- Create UI components and visual mock-ups, clickable prototypes
- Present drafts to teams and stakeholders
Eligibility
- Degree in HCI, Product Design, or related field
- 8+ years in UX design, 2+ years in facilitation/leadership
- Fine Arts graduates with HFI/HCI/Design Thinking certification
