TECHNICAL LEAD - UI Design

Overview

Senior User Experience Designer leading enterprise-grade digital product design, managing Figma ecosystems and large-scale design systems while collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Figma ecosystem management, leveraging advanced features to create scalable high-fidelity designs.
• Own and govern large, multi-platform design systems ensuring UI consistency and accessibility compliance.
• Present and advocate design concepts to executive clients to secure approvals and alignment.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into actionable design strategies.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and Agile teams.

Eligibility

• Deep expertise in UX/UI design with 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level design systems and client‑facing presentations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design or related field; certifications like HFI or UX‑Master preferred.
