Job Description
Overview
The Head – Design & Product Innovation leads the design vision and product innovation function at HDFC Securities, shaping digital investing experiences and driving customer‑centric strategies.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall design and product innovation strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor and scale multidisciplinary teams of UI/UX designers, researchers and product innovators
- Champion customer research, usability testing and analytics to translate needs into digital experiences
- Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies, AI, automation and rapid prototyping
- Collaborate with product, engineering, business, marketing and leadership to ensure execution and measurable business value
Eligibility
- Expertise in UX/Product Design, Human‑Computer Interaction or related domains
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years leading multidisciplinary design teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology or related field (MBA/Master’s a plus)
