Lead Product Designer for the Builder pod, shaping HighLevel's visual creation tools and AI‑assisted experiences as a senior individual contributor.

Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for Builder pod experiences from discovery through delivery
- Design and refine complex visual creation workflows, including drag‑drop canvases, templates, responsive controls and AI‑assisted features
- Partner with product, engineering and senior leadership to define vision, prioritize opportunities and align teams
- Mentor designers, raise design quality, and establish usability, accessibility and design‑system standards
- Conduct research, synthesize data, and communicate design rationale to influence product decisions
Eligibility
- Strong product design background in creator tools, WYSIWYG or no‑code builders
- 7+ years of product design experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role
- Proven portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking, craft and measurable impact
- Experience designing AI‑driven or intelligent interfaces
- No specific educational requirement
