Overview
We are seeking a Lead Product Designer for the Builder pod to shape HighLevel's creator tools through strategic design, vision, and systems thinking. This remote individual contributor role partners with product and engineering leaders to deliver high‑quality, AI‑enhanced experiences for agencies, entrepreneurs, and SMBs.
Experience
7+ years product design, 2+ years leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for product pillars, translating customer needs and business goals into clear experience direction
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to define vision, prioritize opportunities, and align teams around outcomes
- Influence leadership decisions through customer empathy, data synthesis, storytelling, and strong design rationale
- Drive quality reviews, set standards for usability, accessibility, interaction quality, and design‑system alignment
- Mentor designers, improve critique processes, strengthen shared patterns, and define metrics for design quality and impact
Eligibility
- Product design expertise in SaaS/B2B or workflow‑heavy platforms
- 7+ years of product design experience with 2+ years in leadership or mentorship roles
- Experience designing AI‑driven or intelligent interfaces; portfolio required
