Overview
HSBC is seeking an experienced Product Design Lead to join their team, responsible for end-to-end design execution and contributing to defining design direction within projects. The role involves working on design quality, delivery outcomes, and craft excellence, and collaborating closely with peers and PMs to execute scoped work. The ideal candidate will have strong UX/UI craft and delivery examples, with a portfolio showing high-fidelity solutions and usability depth.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end design execution, interaction design, prototyping, and testing
- Working on design quality, delivery outcomes, and craft excellence
- Contribute to defining design direction within projects
- Applies established frameworks and problem-solving methods
- Conducts UX research leveraging tools and templates available as part of the design process
Eligibility
- Strong UX/UI craft and delivery examples
- Portfolio showing high-fidelity solutions and usability depth
- Experience in End-to-end UX design, interaction design, prototyping, visual craft, experience design, service design content design integration
