Product Manager-Apps

Overview

Senior Product Manager will lead strategy, development and growth of the Mint Money App, aligning product vision with business goals and user needs. The role involves end‑to‑end lifecycle management and cross‑functional collaboration to drive engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Mint Money App
• Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, editorial and business teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences
• Use user insights, analytics and market research to identify and prioritize opportunities for engagement, retention and conversion
• Define, monitor and optimise key product metrics through experimentation and A/B testing

Eligibility

• Product management experience with consumer‑facing mobile applications
• Proven track record of scaling mobile apps and driving user growth and retention
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills; stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration
