Product Designer

Overview

The role involves senior-level product design for complex legal workflow applications, focusing on end-to-end design and AI‑assisted experiences. It also includes building and extending a design system while collaborating with legal, research, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end core workflows such as filing, scrutiny, defect cure, registration, listing, and disposal.
• Create AI‑assisted filing and review experiences that enable users to understand, verify, and correct system outputs.
• Develop and scale a design system to support varied rules, forms, roles, and approval hierarchies.
• Collaborate with legal experts, user researchers, and engineers to translate domain knowledge into design decisions and ensure accurate implementation.
• Apply strong systems thinking and visual craft to information‑dense interfaces like tables, forms, multi‑step flows, and dashboards.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in legal or regulatory workflows
• Experience taking a product beyond its initial release and establishing a design system
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, process, and shipped work
