Overview

The role involves designing and prototyping user experiences for web and mobile platforms, shaping the company's design system, and mentoring other designers.

Responsibilities

• Convert complex scenarios into simple, fluid UI experiences
• Design and prototype new features using Figma, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and other tools
• Maintain and evolve the enterprise design system and component library
• Collaborate with product, development, and business teams throughout product development
• Coach and mentor designers and ensure consistency with the global HC style guide

Eligibility

• Interface and interaction design expertise, especially for data‑intensive applications
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including enterprise‑scale design system work and AI‑supported design projects
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in product, industrial, or information design
