Sr UI/UX Designer

Overview

This role involves leading design efforts, mentoring designers, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of shipped products and experience with design systems. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to break down complex problems into clear flows.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end on multiple concurrent projects
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers
• Run design critiques and set design standards
• Partner with PMs and engineering leads on scoping and feasibility
• Lead client-facing design conversations
