The Product Manager – Business Banking will lead the development and lifecycle management of SME banking products in Mumbai, driving innovation and revenue growth. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for Business Banking SMEs
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and industry trends
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, launch, and enhance products
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing and go‑to‑market strategies
• Monitor product performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive data‑driven improvements

Eligibility

• Expertise in SME market and business lending products
• Minimum 4 years product management experience in banking or financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
