Overview
The Product Manager – Gift City will lead the development and lifecycle management of wholesale banking lending products, coordinating SFDC implementation and cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and market success.
Experience
2-5 yrs
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and implement SFDC solutions in coordination with technical teams
- Define, develop, and manage new and existing financial product programs throughout their lifecycle
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify customer needs to shape product strategy
- Oversee product policies, SOPs, and coordinate RBI inspections, audits and query resolutions
- Monitor portfolio performance, manage covenants, annual reviews and serve as central liaison for IT, Risk, Legal, Operations and Compliance
Eligibility
- Product management experience in banking or financial services
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Graduate degree; postgraduate degree preferred (any field)
