Product Manager-Securitised Products

Overview

The Product Manager – Securitized Products will drive growth of the bank’s inorganic and Priority Sector Lending portfolio through retail loan asset acquisitions, acting as the central liaison between Corporate Coverage and control functions. The role encompasses transaction support, compliance coordination, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio monitoring to ensure smooth execution and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on market trends, transaction structures, and industry volumes
• Annually update product notes and SOPs in line with bank guidelines
• Monitor portfolio performance and flag triggers to the Coverage team
• Coordinate with stakeholders to respond to RBI queries and manage annual inspections
• Support transaction closures by guiding Coverage teams on processes, compliance, and norms

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of securitized products and PSL frameworks
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in securitized or structured finance
• Graduate degree required; postgraduate preferred
