The Senior Product Manager for Unnati Micro Business Loans will lead end‑to‑end product management, driving innovation, market positioning and P&L oversight for the loan portfolio in Mumbai. The role focuses on product development, process optimization and strategic growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop market insights, analyze competitor offerings, conduct SWOT and identify growth opportunities
- Configure product pricing, perform portfolio performance analysis and adjust marketing strategies
- Design and digitize end‑to‑end customer journeys ensuring regulatory compliance
- Provide sales support through training modules, cross‑functional coordination and MIS reporting
- Monitor channel performance, manage collections strategies and report P&L trends to stakeholders
Eligibility
- Product management expertise in financial services or micro‑finance
- 5‑7 years of relevant experience
- Graduate/Post‑Graduate degree
