Senior Product Manager - Alliances

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will manage and engage with Alliance partners to procure new offers, analyze performance, and make modifications. The role involves strategizing Alliance Calendar, creating tactical offers, and negotiating deals. The goal is to promote sourced offers and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and finalize deals with Alliance partners
• Analyze and monitor performance of offers and make modifications
• Publish periodic dashboards/MIS to business
• Negotiate IDFC FIRST Bank's visibility for ATL & BTL campaigns
• Manage onboarding, reconciliation, payments, and customer grievances for partner brands

Eligibility

• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree
• MBA
• Minimum 5 years of experience
