Senior UX Motion & 3D Designer

Overview

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Senior UX Motion & 3D Designer to create streamlined UX motion experiences and high-quality 3D artefacts. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in UX motion design, 3D illustration, or related roles. The goal is to build a world-class bank with world-class motion and illustration.

Responsibilities

• UX Motion Design: Create seamless and engaging motion experiences for app journeys, transitions, and micro-interactions
• 3D Artefact Creation: Design high-quality 3D icons, banners, and illustrations
• Product Illustration: Collaborate with our 2D illustrator to extend and complement visual narratives across platforms
• Dev Hand-off and Motion Specs: Create detailed motion specifications for front-end developers
• Creative Direction: Contribute to the visual direction and storytelling of digital experiences

Eligibility

• 5-7 years of experience in UX motion design, 3D illustration, or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in Animation, Multimedia, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or similar
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating abilities
