Senior UX/UI Designer

Overview

The Senior UX/UI Designer will lead the design vision and end‑to‑end product design for IDFC First Bank’s digital banking experiences, mentoring the design team and collaborating cross‑functionally. The role focuses on creating award‑worthy, user‑centric solutions across web and native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive product design vision aligned with business goals and user needs
• Provide design leadership and mentorship, fostering a collaborative design culture
• Lead end‑to‑end design processes from ideation to detailed UI, ensuring delightful experiences
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring designs to market
• Conduct user research, usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback

Eligibility

• Proven 7‑10 years experience as a senior UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio of successful product launches
• Expertise in user‑centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and pixel‑perfect UI for web and native apps
