Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for defining and delivering a high-performance trading platform for active traders, focusing on Futures & Options and other instruments. Leads product strategy, cross-functional execution, and growth for InCred Money's trader segment.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for trader-focused product suite (F&O, margin trading, advanced order types).
• Translate trader workflows and pain points into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Own product development lifecycle as product owner, collaborating with engineering, design, risk, compliance and business teams.
• Set and monitor KPIs such as trading volume, order conversion rate, active trader count and revenue per user.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the platform.

Eligibility

• In‑depth knowledge of the active trader segment and Futures & Options, listed equities and advanced trading platforms.
• Minimum 8+ years total experience with at least 4 years in product management within fintech, wealth management or capital markets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
