Overview
The Product Manager will design, build, and scale indiagold's lending technology stack, collaborating with credit, risk, finance, and engineering teams to create seamless digital workflows. This role focuses on product strategy, integration, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for the lending business across the customer and loan lifecycle
- Build and optimize internal systems (LOS, LMS, partner APIs) to enable scalable, automated, and auditable processes
- Lead integrations with bureaus, CKYC, DSA/BC partners, payment gateways, and credit engines
- Create dashboards for real‑time portfolio and performance visibility for credit, finance, and operations teams
- Manage the full product lifecycle from problem discovery and PRD creation to delivery and post‑launch evaluation
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in lending or financial services
- 3–6 years of experience in digital lending, fintech, or related financial product management
