Overview
As an Associate Product Manager – Growth, you will own product-led growth levers to acquire, activate, and retain users on INDmoney. You will identify growth opportunities and translate user behaviour and growth problems into product solutions. The role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and Growth.

Responsibilities
- Identify and own product-led growth levers across the funnel
- Design, run, and analyse growth experiments across the user journey
- Work with product designers, user experience specialists, and engineers to translate requirements into live products
- Define and track growth metrics and build dashboards for continuous monitoring
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future growth initiatives
Eligibility
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the consumer tech industry
- Experience in growth product roles is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of user needs, motivations, and drop-off points
