Overview
We are hiring a Product Designer in Bangalore to own end‑to‑end design of key product flows, collaborating closely with product, engineering and research teams.
Experience
2-5 yrs
Responsibilities
- Own design of features from problem definition through high‑fidelity UI and measurable outcomes
- Partner with PMs and engineers to scope problems, define success metrics and balance ideal vs shippable solutions
- Plan and conduct lightweight user research and translate insights into design decisions
- Use analytics and experiment data to identify friction points and measure impact
- Build interactive prototypes and ensure implementation matches design intent, including edge cases
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of experience designing digital products (web and/or mobile) with at least one shipped product
- Strong portfolio demonstrating process, problem framing, and outcomes
- Hands‑on proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
