AI interaction designer

Overview

Lead AI-driven UX research and design initiatives, overseeing requirement gathering, solution discovery, and high-fidelity prototyping for complex AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, and AI-led solution discovery workshops.
• Conduct advanced user research and define AI interaction models, conversational journeys, and information architecture.
• Design high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and establish scalable AI design system guidelines.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to validate AI model behavior and technical feasibility.
• Manage project delivery, sign-off, documentation, and continuously apply emerging AI/Generative UX trends.

Eligibility

• Expertise in AI-integrated UX and interaction design
• Proven experience leading end-to-end design projects with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
