Overview

The role leads AI-driven UX research and design, guiding requirement gathering, solution discovery, and prototype creation for complex AI systems. It bridges business, data science, and engineering to deliver trustworthy, high-impact user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, and AI-led solution discovery workshops
• Conduct advanced user research and define strategies aligned with business KPIs and AI adoption goals
• Create AI interaction models, conversational journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Establish scalable design patterns, reusable components, and AI design system guidelines
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to validate AI model behavior and ensure technical feasibility

Eligibility

• Expertise in UX/UI design with a focus on AI-integrated experiences
• 5+ years of experience in user research, interaction design, and prototyping using tools like Figma
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field
