Overview

Lead AI-focused UX research and design initiatives, driving requirement gathering, solution discovery, and high-fidelity prototyping for complex AI systems. Ensure ethical, transparent AI interactions and align designs with business KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, and AI‑led solution discovery workshops
• Conduct advanced user research including ethnography and contextual inquiry for AI‑integrated experiences
• Define research strategies, information architecture, and AI interaction models aligned with business KPIs
• Create high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma with AI‑driven UI patterns and establish reusable design system guidelines
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to validate technical feasibility and represent AI model behavior
• Drive competitive benchmarking, ethical AI interface design, and adoption of AI‑powered products
• Manage project sign‑off, delivery quality gates, documentation, and maintain design artifact repositories

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in AI‑centric UX/Interaction Design
• Experience leading end‑to‑end AI product design, research, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Educational background in Human‑Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field
