Digital Product and Service Design Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a digital product and service designer with 2-3 years experience to lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and collaborate across product, finance, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Extract user insights, prioritize challenges, and apply user‑centered design to create intuitive interfaces.
• Produce storyboards, user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, and low‑ to high‑fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
• Facilitate design‑thinking workshops, ideation sessions, and co‑create solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to plan and execute usability testing sessions.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure design governance aligned with Agile/SAFe processes.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in Digital Product and Service Design with a human‑centric mindset (2‑3 yrs).
• Hands‑on experience designing for CRM, eCommerce, mobile apps or conversational UI/UX; proficient with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Master’s degree in Product, Service, Interaction Design or related field; knowledge of ADA/WCAG 2.0 is a plus.
