Group Manger - Experience Design

Overview

The role leads end‑to‑end UX design for large‑deal proposals and enterprise products, handling everything from research and synthesis to wireframes, prototypes and final specifications. It also involves facilitating workshops, creating design systems, and ensuring accessible, data‑heavy interfaces are intuitive for diverse users.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX design for large‑deal proposals, presentations and digital touch points
• Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to develop personas and journey maps
• Design and facilitate workshops, co‑creation sessions and design sprints with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries and interaction guidelines that scale across product lines
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure design integrity from handoff through build and QA

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in UX/Interaction design, service design and design thinking
• Experience with AI‑assisted design tools, large‑deal enablement, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Commercial Arts or related field
