Senior Product Designer(UI/UX and AI Innovation)

Overview

Leads end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise SaaS, web, and mobile products, with a strong focus on AI‑native and conversational experiences. Drives design strategy, builds scalable design systems, and mentors the design team.

Responsibilities

• Define UX strategy, user journeys, and product experience roadmaps for enterprise and SaaS solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs, including AI‑powered and conversational interfaces
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI standards
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams, facilitate workshops, and mentor designers

Eligibility

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, product, or digital experience design
• Proven expertise in enterprise SaaS, web, mobile, and AI‑native product design
• No specific educational constraint (Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred)
