UX and UI Designer Technical Solutions

Overview

The role leads end‑to‑end UX/UI design for complex enterprise applications, driving user research, design thinking workshops, and design system creation. It collaborates closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design activities across enterprise platforms such as ERP, engineering solutions, and DMS
• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and journey mapping to inform designs
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards for consistency
• Partner with product managers, architects, and development teams throughout sprint planning, development, testing, and release cycles

Eligibility

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Software Program Management, or Digital Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise application design delivery
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, IT, Psychology or related field
