Overview

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead end‑to‑end design activities for complex enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves user research, creating design systems, and collaborating with cross‑functional agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design activities across complex enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, workshops, and journey mapping to inform design decisions.
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs, and create/maintain design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, and development teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure design alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Validate designs through testing, gather feedback, and continuously improve user experiences based on analytics.

Eligibility

• UX/UI design expertise with enterprise application experience
• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Software Program Management, or Digital Product Design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology or related field; relevant certifications preferred
