Overview
Swiggy Instamart is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Search to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of search and ranking systems that deliver speed, accuracy, and business impact. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and ownership of search performance and reliability.
Experience
6-9 yrs
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end Search roadmap across ranking models, query understanding, personalization, and relevance
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Design to build scalable, reliable search experiences
- Run structured experiments (A/B, multivariate) to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
- Act as the single point of accountability for Search performance, reliability, and escalations
- Define and monitor key metrics such as relevance, CTR, conversion, and latency
Eligibility
- Consumer‑facing search technology experience in a B2C company
- 4+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years working with data‑science ranking models
